You can return any item(s) purchased on PARLOUR within 14 days from the delivery date. You must notify us of a return within 7 days of receiving your parcel via email to: info@parlourpetwear.com

Please allow us up to 3 working days to reply to your email and confirm your return - we will let you know the best address to send back your item. You will have 7 days from the date we reply to you to ship your returned item(s).

The item(s) must be returned to us in the original condition with tags attached. We cannot accept items where the tags have been removed under any circumstance. Returns made after the returns timeframe, or in an unsuitable condition such as worn/marked/without tags will not be accepted and you will need to arrange collection of your returned goods at your own cost.

Goods must be unused, in perfect condition and remain in a re-saleable condition so we recommend a careful indoor try on if you need to try on an item. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for goods that are not in this perfect condition.

Please ensure your return includes your:
- Order Name
- Order Number
- Email address used to place your order, and if different, the email you contacted us on to request your return.

PARLOUR reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in its original, unaltered and unwashed condition.

You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase. It will be made within 5 working days counting from the date of the delivery of the item to our warehouse. Return cost is paid by client. Duties, taxes and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
